Explore your intuitive gifts through a relaxing creative process while finding your inner voice and building confidence in your personal style and creative practice through a guided intuitive painting session.

Intuitive painting is a healing meditative-like process that allows you to listen to what is happening within your mind and body. Just as your life is a pattern of your behaviors, your mind repeats thoughts that create these behaviors. Slowing down and connecting with yourself creates a sense of peace that can help you in your daily life. Intuitive painting can also be used as a way of processing emotions and memories that can get trapped in your bodies creating dis-ease.

In this class we will focus on connecting with the feminine energy of slowing down and nurturing ourselves to help you connect with your deeper self that yearns to create the life you deserve. No skills are needed as the class is not heavy in technique, but rather based on grounding and listening to your inner self that we often lose touch with due to our busy lifestyles. You will also be able to meet other creatives and artist that share similar interest and desires.

5 minute meditation to help set the tone

Decorating personal art journal covers

Creating a 11" x 15" piece of intuitive art

Each 2-hour guided theme painting session includes (you get to take these home with you to continue your practice at home):

Other items that will be provided to use during class are a variety of paint, acrylic inks, markers, color pencils, oil pastels, paper and tools to explore and make your marks.

Pricing & Location

Sessions are $45 per person.

Classes are held in downtown Panama City and can be held in a group or private setting.
